Delete your account
1. Disconnect a single social account
Open Accounts in the Postjam sidebar, find the account, and choose Disconnect. The access token we hold for it is deleted at that moment. Removing Postjam from your Facebook, Instagram, or Threads settings does the same thing from the other side: the platform notifies us and we delete the token straight away.
2. Delete your account
Open the profile menu, then Settings → Account → Delete account, and type your email address to confirm. Every workspace you own is deleted with it — its posts, connections, automations, exports and settings, and the tokens for every account connected to it — and an active subscription is cancelled at the same moment. Where you were a member of somebody else's workspace, what you made there stays, without your name on it. This cannot be undone. To delete one workspace and keep the rest, Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace takes that workspace alone.
3. Or ask us to do it
If you cannot sign in, or you want a copy of your data before it goes, write to g@computergobeep.org from the address on the account. We answer within one month and erase within 30 days. Swedish bookkeeping law requires us to keep invoices and payment records for seven years, so those survive an erasure request; everything else goes. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and for how long.
